About This Game
Pac-Mania introduced a revolutionary pseudo-3D perspective to the series, allowing Pac-Man to jump over ghosts for the first time in franchise history.
The NES version faithfully recreates the arcade experience with all five original zones (Pac-Man's Park, Block Town, etc.) plus two exclusive mazes not found in other console ports.
Gameplay is significantly faster than original Pac-Man, with ghosts that change tactics mid-chase and new power-ups like the Super Pellet that makes ghosts edible for longer periods.
This version features a special 'Practice Mode' not available in the arcade original, helping players master the new jumping mechanics.
